Carparking at TMC

Our carpark at TMC utilizes the Electronic Parking System for payment of parking fees. Please ensure that there is a sufficient cash balance in your cashcard for payment of parking charges.

What do you do upon arrival?

When you arrive at Thomson Medical Centre, you will be greeted by our friendly valet staff at the valet check-in counter.

Simply hand your car to the valet who will give you a valet receipt. You will be spared the hassle of looking or waiting for a car park space, especially when you are in a hurry.

The valet staff will let you know where your car will be parked. The parking areas are at the following locations:

1 Mechanised basement car park
2 Open space car park
3 Whitley Road URA car park (only when there are exceptionally large numbers of cars)

Mechanised Basement Car Park
If your car is parked at the mechanised basement car park, the valet staff will retain your car key and pass you a blue valet receipt. Please do not lose it as you need this to retrieve your car upon departure.

The opening hours of the basement car park are as follows:
Monday – Friday: 7:00am to 8:30pm
Saturday: 7:00am to 5:30pm
Sun and Public Holidays: 11:00am to 2:30pm

(The opening hours may vary according to demand.)

Open Space Car Park
If your car is to be parked at the open space car park, the valet will issue you an orange receipt and retain your car keys.

Whitley Road Car Park
In cases where there is a large number of cars, the valet staff may park your car at the Whitley Road URA Car Park. In such cases, the valet staff will issue you a white receipt when you hand him the car keys.

Parking of cars for TMC patients and visitors at the Whitley Road URA car park is a special arrangement TMC has with URA. There will always be valet staff on-site at the URA car park to supervise the parking of cars.
