Clinical Support
Resident Doctors (24-Hour Family Clinic)
Candidates should possess a basic Medical Degree that is registrable with the Singapore Medical Council. Previous experience in A&E, OBGYN & Paediatrics departments would be advantageous.
Aesthetics Doctors
Candidates must be full registered with the Singapore Medical Council and possess a Certificate/Diploma in Aesthetic Medicine.
Nurse Manager
You must be a State Registered Nurse and be registered with the Singapore Nursing Board. You should possess Advanced Diploma in Midwifery and/or Critical Care Nurse Course and/or Paediatrics and a Degree of Nursing is preferred. At least 5 years’ post-advanced diploma experience is essential.
You must possess leadership qualities and be resourceful in situational and people management with a service-oriented approach. You must have keen interest in continuous professional education and development.
You will be required to perform 3 rotating shift duties.
Staff Nurses / Enrolled Nurses
(Operating Theatre / Labour Ward / Paediatric / Wards / ICU / NICU / Outpatient)
You should possess a General Nursing qualification and be registered with the Singapore Nursing Board. Relevant working experience in a hospital setting is an added advantage. You will be required to perform shift work.
Healthcare Assistants
You will be responsible for rendering patient care, performing simple treatments and routine duties.
Must possess a Certificate in Healthcare (Inpatient), with at least 1 year of experience in a hospital setting. Able to perform 2 rotating shift or permanent night duty. Only Singaporeans / PR need apply.
Ancillary / Administration
Biomedical Engineer
You will be responsible for maintenance and repair of all medical equipment in the hospital, and the management of service contract maintenance by vendors. You will also implement and carry out equipment maintenance and servicing programme. In addition, you will work closely with user departments and other medical professionals in the hospital.
You must possess at least a Diploma in Electrical/ Electronic Engineering, and have 5 years' experience in biomedical engineering. You must be experienced in maintenance and troubleshooting of biomedical equipment in a hospital setting, and be a team-player with excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
Doctor Relations Executive
Responsibilities
You will attend to and liaise with Tenant and Peripheral Doctors/ Specialists and Medical Clinics regarding their enquiries. You will also need to follow-up on feedback promptly and efficiently.
Requirements:
Candidate must possess at least 3 years of Obstetric and Gynaecological nursing or clinical experiences. A must for excellent customer service, communication and interpersonal skills. Due to the nature of work, matured individuals who can work independently and in a fast-paced environment are preferred.
Radiographer
You will be responsible for performing all Radiographer/Ultrasound examinations. Other responsibilities include maintaining adequate records/reports as directed.
You should possess at least a Diploma in Diagnostic Radiography, with minimum 2 years’ experience in related fields. Experience in Ultrasound will be an added advantage. You must be a team-player, service-oriented and have good interpersonal and communication skills.
Helpdesk Support
You will be required to provide IT and hardware support for desktop/helpdesk, install and maintain PCs, network printers and IT software. You will also provide support to mail and data servers, LAN/WAN and be involved in user account administration. You will be required to document operational procedures/instructions and user manuals.
You must have at least one year experience in IT support, and have knowledge in network concepts / Internet / SQL / Windows XP / MS Office. You must possess excellent communication skills in English and good interpersonal skills with a pleasant personality.
Patient Service Officer
You will process in-patient admission, provide financial counseling to patients, process discharge bills and attend to cashiering duties and birth registrations.
You should possess a Diploma in any discipline with at least 1 year’s experience, preferably in a hospital environment. You should also have a pleasant personality and be service-oriented with good interpersonal and communication skills. You will be required to perform 2 rotating shifts and work on weekends/public holidays.
Maintenance Technician
You will carry out preventive and corrective maintenance of facilities equipment, upgrading, retrofitting work, troubleshooting and repair of air-conditioning & electrical system.
You should possess at least Nitec in Electrical/Electronics/Mechanical Engineering, with minimum 1 year’s experience in a similar environment. You will be required to work 3 rotating shifts as well as on weekends and public holidays. A Class 3 driving licence is a must.
