ACUPRESSURE

Acupressure, or more popularly known as Tui-Na, is an ancient art of healing that uses physical manipulation methods to improve the flow of energy in the body.

According to TCM philosophy, the body is inter-connected via 12 primary meridians that are also linked to the different organs. By removing blockages and enhancing circulation in the meridians, the respective organs will also be strengthened for better health.

Our Team

SEAH AI WEI
TCM Physician
Bachelor of TCM (Nanjing University of TCM)

Ms Seah graduated from one of the renowned universities in China, the Nanjing University of Traditional Chinese Medicine. Having served at the Jiangsu Provincial Hospital of TCM, she has worked with senior doctors in specialties including internal medicine, gastroenterology, gynaecology, oncology, respiratory, dermatology and rheumatology.

Her specialty interests are in the use of Chinese medicine and acupuncture for women’s health and wellness. Patients with irregular menstruation, premenstrual syndrome, cramps, endometriosis, fibroids, infertility and menopause may benefit from these forms of treatment.

Locally, she is a fully registered TCM Physician with the TCM Practitioners Board and a member of the Singapore Chinese Physicians’ Association.



XIONG YING
TCM Physician
Bachelor of Medicine (Wuhan Tongji Medical University), Bachelor of TCM (Nanjing University of TCM)

Ms Xiong graduated from the Wuhan Tongji Medical University as a western medical doctor. She served as a gynaecologist in the Wuhan San Jiu Zhong Yuan Hospital for 6 years before coming to Singapore.

Ms Xiong obtained her Bachelor of TCM from the Nanjing University of TCM in 2008. During her studies in Nanjing, she interned with 2 famous doctors – Professor Xia Gui Cheng (TCM Gynaecology) and Dr Yin Ming (TCM Pediatrics) and pursued her interests in Gynaecology and Paediatrics, specialising in the use of acupuncture and acupressure for paediatrics, as well as the use of Chinese medicine for gynaecological conditions.

Ms Xiong is a fully registered TCM Physician with the Singapore TCM Practitioners Board.
