Thomson Medical Centre sits on a neat plot of land and while we have increased basement parking capacity, we know that your parking needs may still not be fulfilled. This is something we are constantly looking to improve. In the meantime, our valet are always at hand to ease traffic and wait time as much as we can. We thank you for your continued patience with us.

Car Parking

There are 3 parking options our valet can provide. This is dependent on availability and traffic flow. Once you hand over your keys, your car will be sent to any of the following:

Automated Basement Car Park
1. A blue receipt will be given to you. Please retain it so we can match each car to its rightful owner.

2. When you are ready, return blue receipt to our air-conditioned waiting lounge to collect your car.

3. The LCD Queue Display Board will indicate your car plate number and status of car retrieval. Our valet will inform you when your car arrives.

Operating Hours of the Automated Basement Car Park are as follows:
Mon – Fri: 7:00 am to 8:30 pm
Sat: 7:00 am to 3:30 pm

Open Space Car Park
1. An orange receipt will be given to you. Please retain it so we can match each car to its rightful owner.

Our valet will inform you where your car has been parked. Alternatively, you may request for our valet to drive your car over to you.

Whitley Road URA Car Park

  1. During peak parking hours, your car may be parked here. Special arrangements have been made with URA, and a valet is stationed throughout operating hours to supervise parked vehicles. Your car will be driven to the Whitley Road car park by our valet.
  2. A white receipt will be given to you. Please retain it so we can match each car to its rightful owner.
  3. When you are ready, return white receipt to waiting lounge. You can choose to:
    1. Take a shuttle bus to retrieve your car.
    2. Request your car to be driven back to you.

Note: Shuttle bus service is FREE and runs every 10 to 15 minutes. Car retrieval by our valet may take 20 minutes or more depending on traffic.

Do remember to bring your valuable belongings with you at all times.
