A deposit is required at the time of admission. The amount will vary depending on the choice of accomodation, type of operation/procedure, estimated length of stay and utilisation of Medisave. You may pay for the deposit by NETS, cash, credit card (VISA/Mastercard).

E-Letter of Guarantee (e-LOG) for Integrated Shield Plan policy holders
When you are hospitalised, you may obtain an e-LOG from your insurer at our Patient Service Centre. This will reduce the amount of upfront cash deposit to the hospital.

The e-LOG is for the purpose of a waiver of deposits. However, following your discharge from the hospital, you may be required to settle your hospital bill while your insurer assesses your claim according to your insurance coverage. You will be reimbursed by the hospital after the insurer make payment to the hospital.
