Dr Wu Siwen completed her BDS degree at the National University of Singapore in 2007. During her undergraduate years, she won many accolades, including being on the Dean’s List, the Robert Lin Memorial Medal and the Drs Tay & Partners Dental Surgeons Gold Medal.

She completed her postgraduate specialist training in Endodontics from National University of Singapore in 2013 and also obtained Membership in Endodontics from the Royal College of Surgeons of Edinburgh. She is currently a reviewer of the Singapore Dental Journal.

Dr Wu finds joy in her work of root canal treatment, which not only alleviates her patients' pain but also helps them retain their teeth for both function and aesthetics.

Prior to joining private practice, Dr Wu served in the National Dental Centre Endodontic Department. In her 6 years of service there, she treated patients from all walks of life, including those who suffered from cancer.

Her gentle touch and warm personality has caused her patients to return with cards and words of thanks - which she cherishes more than the awards she has won. In recognition of her dedication to patients, she was awarded the Singapore Health Quality Service Gold Award. Dr Wu hopes to continue her work of bringing healing to her patients here at Thomson Dental.
