Thomson Medical Email Launch Giveaway – Terms and Conditions

1. Eligibility 

• This giveaway (“Promotion”) is open to legal residents of Singapore aged 18 years and above.  
• Employees of Thomson Medical, its affiliates, advertising agencies, and immediate family members are not eligible to participate. 
• Participants must provide accurate and complete information when registering for the giveaway. 

2. Promotion Period 

• The Promotion begins on 26 September 2025, 00:00 SGT, and ends on 4 October 2025 23:59 SGT (“Promotion Period”).  
• Entries submitted before or after the Promotion Period will not be considered. 

3. How to Enter 

• To participate, eligible individuals must register their valid email address via the official Thomson Medical giveaway landing page during the Promotion Period.  
• Only one entry per person is permitted. Duplicate entries will be disqualified. 
• Participation in this Promotion is voluntary and does not require participants to purchase or use any healthcare service provided by Thomson Medical or its affiliates. 

4. Prizes 

The prizes for this Promotion are: 

• 3 x $100 Natureland Spa Vouchers provided by Thomson Medical’s partners (subject to partner terms and conditions) 

5. Winner Selection & Notification 

• Winners will be selected at random from all eligible entries.  
• Each winner will be notified by email within 7 days after the end of the Promotion Period.  
• Winners must respond within 7 days to claim their prize. If a winner does not respond within the stated period, the prize will be forfeited and an alternate winner may be selected. 

6. Prize Collection 

• Prizes are non-transferable, non-exchangeable, and not redeemable for cash. 
• Thomson Medical reserves the right to substitute any prize with another of similar value without prior notice. 

7. Regulatory Compliance 

• This Promotion is organised as part of Thomson Medical’s Email Newsletter Launch and participation thereof does not require any purchase of healthcare services offered by Thomson Medical and its affiliates; this Promotionand is not intended to promote or induce the use of regulated healthcare services, in compliance with Singapore’s Healthcare Services Act (HSCA).  
• Prizes are not contingent upon the purchase, recommendation, or use of any medical or healthcare service. Winners are selected solely based on random chance from all eligible entries. 

8. Data Protection 

• By entering the Promotion, participants consent to the collection, use, and disclosure of their personal data by Thomson Medical for the purposes of administering the Promotion and in accordance with the Personal Data Protection Act 2012 (PDPA).  
• By entering the Promotion, participants agree to receive marketing emails from Thomson Medical Group Limited and its related companies.  
• Participants may withdraw their consent at any time by contacting [email protected], but withdrawal will result in disqualification from the Promotion. 

9. Publicity 

• By accepting a prize, winners agree to participate in reasonable publicity relating to the Promotion, including having their name and likeness published on Thomson Medical’s platforms, subject to their written consent. 

10. General 

• Thomson Medical reserves the right to amend or terminate the Promotion or these Terms and Conditions at any time without prior notice. In the event of any dispute, Thomson Medical’s decision is final and binding.

Natureland Cash Vouchers: 

• Natureland Cash Vouchers are valid for 12 months from the date of issue. 
• Cash Vouchers can be used at all Natureland outlets. 
• Applicable for non-member rates only and non-refundable. 
• A valid 16-digit voucher code or QR code must be presented at the time of redemption.
