Dr Tseng Seng Sou Phillip is an Anaesthesiologist currently practising at Monash IVF Singapore located at Thomson and Anaesthetic Associates Singapore located at Orchard. With a career spanning over three decades, he provides anaesthesia care for patients requiring various surgical and medical procedures.

Prior to his current position, Dr Tseng practised at Singapore General Hospital before transitioning to the private sector at Mount Elizabeth Hospital in 1997, where he has been practising for over 25 years. His hospital experience spans more than 30 years across various surgical specialties. Dr Tseng has been an instructor for the Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) Course at the Institute of Medical Simulation, Singhealth Duke/NUS Academic Medical Centre in Singapore since 2012.

Dr Tseng contributes to his field through educational activities and the development of clinical guidelines. He has presented at the Singapore Anaesthesia Refresher Course organised by the Anaesthesia Society of Singapore in August 2021, and the International Conference on Humanitarian Medical Missions in Singapore in 2014. Dr Tseng served on the Academy of Medicine and Ministry of Health taskforce in 2014, helping to develop clinical guidelines for non-anaesthetists providing sedation in stand-alone ambulatory centres and clinics. He was also part of the committee that established guidelines for non-anaesthetists providing sedation for endoscopic procedures in hospital settings, published in the Annals of Academy in 2022.
