Dr Samantha Rachel Yeo Mei-E is a Specialist Obstetrician and Gynaecologist currently practising at Trinity Women’s Specialists, Novena.

Dr Yeo provides personalised care for women throughout their reproductive journey, with a clinical focus on natural fertility, preconception health, pregnancy, and postnatal care. She manages a broad spectrum of O&G conditions, including menstrual irregularities, ovarian cysts, endometriosis, fibroids, and subfertility. Her surgical expertise includes minimally invasive and fertility-preserving procedures such as laparoscopic (keyhole) and hysteroscopic surgery, as well as complex pelvic surgery. Dr Yeo is also experienced in managing all forms of labour and delivery, including instrumental deliveries, Caesarean sections, and vaginal births after Caesarean (VBAC).

Dr Yeo graduated from the Yong Loo Lin School of Medicine, National University of Singapore (NUS), where she obtained her Bachelor of Medicine and Bachelor of Surgery (MBBS) and Master of Medicine in Obstetrics and Gynaecology (MMed O&G). She is a Member of the Royal College of Obstetricians and Gynaecologists (MRCOG, UK) and a Fellow of the Academy of Medicine, Singapore (FAMS).

Before entering private practice, Dr Yeo served as Deputy Head of the Inpatient Unit in the Department of Obstetrics and Gynaecology at KK Women’s and Children’s Hospital (KKH) and as Clinical Lead for Obstetrics and Gynaecology at Sengkang General Hospital (SKH). In these roles, she collaborated with multidisciplinary teams to improve the quality of women’s healthcare services and optimise patient outcomes.

In addition to her clinical work, Dr Yeo has been involved in medical education and research. She has lectured and examined at the Lee Kong Chian and Yong Loo Lin Schools of Medicine and was a clinical faculty member of the SingHealth Obstetrics and Gynaecology Residency Programme. She has presented her research at international conferences in Paris, London, Australia, and Taiwan and co-founded the KKH Scar Symposium to advance surgical scar aesthetics. Dr Yeo also supports initiatives that promote breastfeeding awareness, postnatal mental wellness, and care for single and teenage mothers.
