Dr Tan Eng Loy is a board-certified obstetrician and gynaecologist in Singapore.

He completed undergraduate studies at the National University of Singapore and earned his post-graduate qualifications with the National University of Singapore as well as the Royal College of Obstetricians & Gynaecologists (RCOG) in the UK. He is recognised as a specialist obstetrician and gynaecologist by the Specialist Accreditation Board, Ministry of Health, Singapore. He was admitted as a Fellow of the Royal College of Obstetricians & Gynaecologists in 2018 for advancing the science and art of obstetrics and gynaecology.

 Experienced in pregnancy care, natural deliveries, caesarean sections ("C-sections"), management of breech babies at term (including external cephalic version, ECV), general women’s health, women's health screening, menopause-care, contraception & benign gynaecological surgery, Dr Tan also has a special interest inhigh-risk pregnancycare.  An obstetrician dedicated to providing personalised maternity care, he is a strong advocate for maternal choice and strives to help expectant mothers go through their childbirth experience in a safe, positive and life-enhancing manner.
