She received a scholarship from the National Dental Centre to pursue specialty training in Paediatric dentistry in Melbourne, Australia, earning a Graduate Diploma in Clinical Dentistry in 2004 and a Doctorate in Clinical Dentistry (Paediatric Dentistry) in 2006.

After working many years in the Paediatric Dentistry Unit at the National Dental Centre, Dr Toh transited to private practice. She also volunteers her expertise at the AWWA School for disabled and autistic children.

She provides comprehensive preventive and therapeutic oral healthcare for her patients as well as treatment under sedation and general anaesthesia. She has a special interest in managing dental conditions of babies, medically compromised children, and children with special needs. She takes great delight in helping her young patients become confident and eager for their next dental visit.

Outside of her work, she enjoys teaching preschoolers in a Sunday school. She is also a devoted mother of two children, blending her professional expertise and personal experience to enhance her practice and community contributions.
