RFP tender on TECHNOLOGY REFRESH OF HYPER-CONVERGED INFRASTRUCTURE (HCI) FOR THOMSON MEDICAL NON-EMR CLUSTER

2) This tender is open to Tenderers/Companies that have proven track record in delivering enterprise grade Hyper-Converged Infrastructure (HCI) deployment projects in medium to large-scale environments, preferably within the Singapore healthcare sector.
3) Capability to conduct Proof of Concept (POC) if required, using the proposed solution and actual hardware to validate the solution’s performance, compatibility and scalability at Vendor location or within TMPL’s environment.
4) Service delivery engineers proposed for this project must have prior experience in similar HCI migration and deployment projects.
5) The proposed HCI software platform shall have a minimum market presence of ten (10) years, demonstrating stability, software maturity, and proven adoption in enterprise deployments.
6) The Vendor shall maintain direct, locally based support in Singapore, with qualified engineers (Level 2 and Level 3) appointed by the principal vendor.
7) The Vendor must be an authorized partner and reseller of the principal vendor for the proposed HCI solution, ensuring full warranty and support coverage directly from the principal vendor.
