PROPOSAL ON DESIGN AND BUILD FOR THOMSON PEDIATRICS, CHINESE MEDICINE, AND WOMEN CLINIC AT ONE HOLLAND VILLAGE BLK 2 #03-07/08

1) Please review, complete and endorsed on the attached NDA and email back to [email protected]

2) Tenderer shall possess the registration with BCA: 

i) CW01 General Building: BCA Financial Grade minimum C3 & above or,

ii) CR06 Interior Decoration, & Finishing Works: BCA Financial Grade minimum L1 & above

3 Tenderer or tenderer's sub-contractor shall possess the registration with BCA:

i) ME01 - Air-conditioning, Refrigeration & Ventilation Works: BCA Financial Grade

ii) ME06 - Fire Prevention & Protection Systems: BCA Financial Grade minimum L1 & above

iii) ME12 - Plumbing & Sanitary Work: BCA Financial Grade minimum L1 & above

4) Tenderer must attend compulsory briefing / site show round.

5) Tenderer shall not be penalised with more than 10 demerit points basing on MOM Demerit Point System published record.

 6) ISO certification/ Bizsafe Level 3.

i) Provide full company Profile with Company’s Organization Chart 

 ii) Provide a list of past and current projects that your company are involved, with indicative contractual value (estimated range) Information provided will be kept strictly confidential which will be reviewed and evaluated.

 iii) Past 3-years audited financial statement.

 iv) PLEASE NOTE THAT THE EMPLOYER MAY IMPOSE A LIQUIDATED DAMAGES OF S$500.00 PER DAY UP TO THE AWARDED CONTRACT SUM SHOULD THE UNITS NOT COMPLETED AND HAND OVER AS ACCORDING TO THE STRIPULATED TIMELINE

v) Performance bond: 10% of the awarded contract sum, in the form of an approved banker's guarantee or insurance bond.

 vi) Limit of retention: 5% of the contract sum

[Note: 1st release of retention sum (2.5% of contract sum) will be release upon issuance of Completion Certificate]

 [Note: 2nd release of retention sum (2.5% of contract sum) will be release upon issuance of Maintenance Certificate]

vii) Form of contract: REDAS DESIGN & BUILD CONDITIONS OF MAIN CONTRACT - 4 TH EDITION

 viii) Type of Contract: Lump Sum Contract

It is mandatory for interested vendors to submit and endorsed a signed Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA) as attached (under Attachment) before actual tender documents is distributed.
