1) There will be a sitewalk/tender briefing at 11 Bidadari Park Dr, #02-02, Singapore 367803 on the 6th January 2023 (Friday)
As this is still a construction site, all personnel attending the site briefing are to have its own safety helmet and safety shoes. Name of personnel attending this briefing will need to be submitted to me or the user/requester for the security access to this site.
Do note, only shortlisted EOI tenderers will be invited for this tender briefing.

Key Qualification / Compliance

Do take note the requirements qualifications for this EOI.
1. With min. 3 years of experience in renovation project works.
2. Has done renovation projects with >$100k contractual value.
3. Preferably HDB/BCA Registered contractor for renovation, construction and interiors design & build works
4. Proposed perspective drawing submission for office renovation.
5. ISO certification/Bizsafe.

Please review, complete and endorsed on the attached NDA and email back to tender@thomsonmedical.com. Upon receiving the endorsed NDA, the Tender documents and specs will be issued out after EOI date closes.

1. Provide full company Profile with Company’s Organization Chart
2. Provide a list of past and current projects that your company are involved, with indicative contractual value (estimated range) Information provided will be kept strictly confidential which will be reviewed and evaluated.
3. Past 3-years audited financial statement.
