Terms & Conditions

Thomson Birth Bundle

1. Applicable to bookings of 1-bedded, 2-bedded, Premier Room and Suite room types only.
2. Accommodation booking will be based on current prevailing room rates. Any revision of room rates will be adjusted accordingly and applied at admission. Thomson Medical reserves the right to revise the room rates without prior notice.
3. Room accommodation deposit will be credited into the patient’s account on the day of admission for delivery.
4. This bundle is applicable to mummy's bill only. It is not applicable for Antenatal stay, Nursery, NNJ and NICU bills.
5. If this bundle is not utilised, any deposits that have been paid will not be refunded, regardless of the services or membership benefits associated with it.
6. Requests for accommodation changes will not be entertained on the day of admission.
7. The bundle savings and benefits cannot be applied concurrently with other bundles, membership benefits and any other benefits unless specifically stated.
8. Any unconsumed benefits cannot be exchanged for different benefits, cash, or be deducted from the final bill.
9. No refund of the deposit will be entertained if patient is claiming the whole hospital bill with their own insurance company.
10. Thomson Medical reserves the right to terminate/ vary/ withdraw/ substitute this maternity bundle and its corresponding terms and conditions at any time without prior notice, and without having to disclose any reason and without any payment or compensation whatsoever. The decision of Thomson Medical on all matters relating to the maternity bundle is final, conclusive, and binding on all participants and no correspondence, whether relating to the allotment of redemption or otherwise, will be entertained.

Room Accommodation Booking

1. Accommodation bookings are based on current prevailing room rates. Any revision of room rates will be adjusted accordingly and applied at admission. Thomson Medical reserves the right to revise the room rates without prior notice.
2. $500 room accommodation deposit will be credited into the patient’s account on the day of admission for delivery. Do note that $500 room accommodation deposit are non-refundable for Thomson Birth Bundle.

Redemption of Stroller / alternative items

1. A confirmed maternity booking of Premier Room and above is required to qualify for the redemption.
2. Each customer is eligible for only one (1) redemption, regardless of the number of Maternity Bookings made.
3. Our partner will contact you within 10 working days to arrange the delivery. Delivery of the chosen item is limited to local Singapore addresses only.
4. Selected item(s) is subject to availability and is strictly non-exchangeable and non-refundable. In the event that the selected item(s) is no longer available, Thomson Medical reserves the right at its sole and absolute discretion to replace the selected item(s) with alternative item(s) of similar retail value.
5. If you have any questions, please reach out via WhatsApp at 8690 7420 or email [email protected]. Include your Thomson Maternity Booking Number (starting with MB followed by 9 digits) in your message.
6. Thomson Medical reserves the right to terminate or vary, delete or add to any of these terms and conditions at any time without notice including without limitation, the eligibility of any customer.
7. Thomson Medical shall not be responsible for the quality, merchantability or fitness for any purpose or any other aspect of the item.
8. Thomson Medical shall not at any time be responsible or held liable for any defect or malfunction in the item or the deficiency in any service provided, and/or any loss, injury, damage or harm suffered or incurred by or in connection with the item, and/or the use of any product and/or service relating to the item, by any person.

Redemption of Confinement Trial Meal

1. A confirmed maternity booking of Premier Room and above is required to qualify for Thomson Nutri Trial Meal redemption.
2. Each customer is eligible for only one (1) Confinement Trial Meal redemption, regardless of the number of Maternity Bookings made.
3. An account will be created on ThomsonNutri.com using the email address that the customer entered during maternity booking.
4. The customer will need to log in to their Thomson Nutri account to get a one-time, $68 discount (w/ GST) off the product's price. The discount will be applied at checkout.
5. The $68 Discount is valid for 3 months from the date of maternity booking. Strictly no extension will be granted.
6. Thomson Nutri reserves the right at its absolute discretion to extend or terminate the Promotion or vary, delete or add to any of these terms and conditions at any time without notice including without limitation, the eligibility of any customer and the dates of the Promotion. Other Thomson Nutri Terms and Conditions apply.

TCM Confinement Herbal Care and Bath

1. Prices indicated are inclusive of GST.
2. Valid for purchase by customers with a successful booking of 1-bedded, 2-bedded, Premier Room and Suite room types only.
3. Purchase of the TCM Confinement Herbal Care and Bath must be made before admission after making your maternity booking.
4. After submission of the form, our clinic will contact you within 5 working days for further details and payment.
5. TCM Confinement Herbal Care is inclusive of a consultation with a TCM physician.
6. TCM Physician Consultation - Please call 6352 5800 upon admission to the hospital to arrange for our TCM physician to visit you in your ward. (Note: No ward visit on Sundays and Public Holidays). 
7. Not valid in conjunction with other benefit(s) or privilege(s) unless otherwise stated.
8. Non-refundable, non-transferrable, non-exchangeable for cash.
9. Thomson Chinese Medicine reserves the right to cancel or modify rates and corresponding terms & conditions without prior notice.

Thomson Nutri 28-Day Lunch and Dinner Package Promotion

1. Prices indicated are inclusive of GST.
2. Promotion is valid for customers who have made a confirmed booking of the Thomson Birth Bundle.
3. Promotion can be redeemed via the link provided in the email confirmation after a confirmed maternity booking.
4. Promotion is applicable with FBI/SBI Membership discount (extra $118 discount), NTUC Membership discount (extra $70 discount).
5. Promotion is not valid with any other promotions, discounts, privileges, or benefits, unless otherwise stated.
6. Thomson Nutri reserves the right at its absolute discretion to extend or terminate the Promotion or vary, delete or add to any of these terms and conditions at any time without notice including without limitation, the eligibility of any customer and the dates of the Promotion. Other Thomson Nutri Terms and Conditions apply.

Value Buys: Exclusive Deals
