Thomson Leap Maternity Bundle

1. Applicable to bookings of 1-bedded, 2-bedded, Premier Room and Suite room types only.
2. Payment of a $450 accommodation deposit in Singapore dollars applies. Deposit is non-refundable and non-transferable.
3. The bundle is based on current prevailing room rates. Any revision of room rates will be adjusted accordingly and applied at admission. Thomson Medical reserves the right to revise the room rates without prior notice.
4. The $450 accommodation deposit will be credited into the patient's account on the day of admission for delivery.
5. This bundle is applicable to mummy's bill only. It is not applicable for Antenatal stay, Nursery, NNJ and NICU bills.
6. If this bundle is not utilized, any deposits that have been paid will not be refunded, regardless of the services or membership benefits associated with it.
7. No change of accommodation will be entertained on the day of admission.
8. The bundle savings and benefits cannot be applied concurrently unless specifically stated.
9. Any unconsumed benefits cannot be exchanged for different benefits, cash, or be deducted from the final bill.
10. No refund of the deposit will be entertained if patient is claiming the whole hospital bill with their own insurance company.
11. Thomson Medical reserves the right to terminate/ vary/ withdraw/ substitute this maternity bundle and its corresponding terms and conditions at any time without prior notice, and without having to disclose any reason and without any payment or compensation whatsoever. The decision of Thomson Medical on all matters relating to the maternity bundle is final, conclusive, and binding on all participants and no correspondence, whether relating to the allotment of redemption or otherwise, will be entertained.

Redemption of Stroller / alternative items

1. A confirmed maternity booking of Premier Room and above is required to qualify for the redemption.
2. Each customer is eligible for only one (1) redemption, regardless of the number of Maternity Bookings made.
3. Delivery of the chosen item is limited to local Singapore addresses only.
4. Selected item(s) is strictly non-exchangeable and non-refundable. Thomson Medical reserves the right at its sole and absolute discretion to replace the selected item with any item(s) of similar value.
5. Thomson Medical reserves the right to terminate or vary, delete or add to any of these terms and conditions at any time without notice including without limitation, the eligibility of any customer.
6. Thomson Medical shall not be responsible for the quality, merchantability or fitness for any purpose or any other aspect of the item.
7. Thomson Medical shall not at any time be responsible or held liable for any defect or malfunction in the item or the deficiency in any service provided, and/or any loss, injury, damage or harm suffered or incurred by or in connection with the item, and/or the use of any product and/or service relating to the item, by any person.

Redemption of Confinement Trial Meal

1. A confirmed maternity booking of Premier Room and above is required to qualify for Thomson Nutri Trial Meal redemption.
2. Each customer is eligible for only one (1) Confinement Trial Meal redemption, regardless of the number of Maternity Bookings made.
3. An account will be created on ThomsonNutri.com using the email address that the customer entered during maternity booking.
4. The customer will need to log in to their Thomson Nutri account to get a one-time, $68 discount (w/ GST) off the product's price. The discount will be applied at checkout.
5. The $68 Discount is valid for 3 months from the date of maternity booking. Strictly no extension will be granted.
6. Thomson Nutri reserves the right at its absolute discretion to extend or terminate the Promotion or vary, delete or add to any of these terms and conditions at any time without notice including without limitation, the eligibility of any customer and the dates of the Promotion. Other Thomson Nutri Terms and Conditions apply.

Cryoviva's Cord Blood Banking

1. Payment of $300 deposit for Cryoviva Cord Blood banking in Singapore dollars applies. Deposit is non-refundable and non-transferable.
2. Waiver of storage fee for Cryoviva's Cord Blood Banking Plans is applicable to these Cord Blood Banking Plans only. (Cryoviva Cord Blood Only, Cryoviva Standard Plan and Cryoviva Premium Plan).
3. One (1) month storage fee (worth $99) for signup of the Cord Blood only plan, two (2) months storage fee (worth $270) for signup of the Standard plan, and three (3) months storage fee (worth $540) for signup of the Premium plan respectively
4. If you have opted for the waiver above, you are not eligible to receive the complimentary gifts from Cryoviva's monthly packages.

Redemption of ThomsonBaby Store Credits

1. A confirmed maternity booking of Premier Room and above, and a valid Cryoviva cord blood banking plan are required to qualify for $200 ThomsonBaby.com store credits.
2. ThomsonBaby.com will reach out to the eligible customer via email within 14 working days with the redemption instructions after discharge from Thomson Medical Centre.
3. Store credits cannot be used in conjunction with other promo codes.
4. Store credits are valid for six (6) months from date of issue. No extension will be entertained.
5. Store credits are valid for multiple usage until the value is used up.
6. Store credits are only limited to the designated customer and cannot be transferred or exchangeable in cash.
7. Store credits can only be used to purchase retail items on ThomsonBaby.com, excluding Confinement Herbal Care and all other services.
8. Store credits cannot be used to offset shipping fees.
9. Store credits cannot be used in conjunction with other promotions, packages or member privileges unless otherwise stated.
10. ThomsonBaby.com reserves the right at its absolute discretion to extend or terminate the Promotion or vary, delete or add to any of these terms and conditions at any time without notice including without limitation, the eligibility of any customer and the dates of the Promotion. TCM Confinement Herbal Care

1. All Prices are inclusive of GST.
2. Valid for purchase by customers with a successful booking of 1-bedded, 2-bedded, Premier Room and Suite room types only.
3. Purchase of the TCM Confinement Herbal Care must be made before admission after making your maternity booking.
4. After submission for the form, our clinic will contact you within 5 working days for further details and payment.
5. TCM Confinement Herbal Care is inclusive of a consultation with a TCM physician.
6. TCM Physician Consultation - Please call 6334 3335 upon admission to the hospital to arrange for our TCM physician to visit you in your ward.
7. Not valid in conjunction with other benefit(s) or privilege(s) unless otherwise stated.
8. Non-refundable, non-transferrable, non-exchangeable for cash.
9. Thomson Chinese Medicine reserves the right to cancel or modify rates and corresponding terms & conditions without prior notice.

Dental Screening for Expectant Moms

1. Prices stated are inclusive of GST.
2. Dental screening consists of consultation, scaling and polishing.
3. Dental screening is valid for 6 months after your discharge from Thomson Medical Centre. Strictly no extension will be granted.
4. Applicable for weekdays only, and prior appointments must be made with the provided code.
5. Participating dentists: Dr Charlotte Goh, Dr Kwok Genghao, Dr Michelle Chua and Dr Ashley Thean.
6. Not valid in conjunction with other benefit(s) or privilege(s).
7. Valid only at Thomson Dental Centre at Novena Specialist Center, 8 Sinaran Dr, #07-08/17-19, Singapore 307470.
8. Thomson Dental Centre reserves the right to cancel or modify rates and corresponding terms & conditions without prior notice.

Breastfeeding Support

1. Promotion is valid for customers with a successful booking of 1-bedded, 2-bedded, Premier Room and Suite room types only.
2. Limited to ONE (1) session per patient.
3. All prices are inclusive of GST. For extension of consultation beyond 30 mins, a charge of $35 for every 15 mins applies.
4. Registration must be made via this form. ParentCraft Centre will contact you for payment.
5. Breastfeeding Support (30 mins) applies for either prenatal or postnatal breastfeeding consultation*, and can be purchased for use at either Thomson ParentCraft Centre, or in-ward after delivery at Thomson Medical Centre. Valid on weekdays only.
6. *Please note that all Thomson Mommies will receive a complimentary 45 mins in-room lactation visit after delivery. This Breastfeeding Support (30 mins) session can be purchased for use in-room, as a time extension to the complimentary 45 mins session.
7. Valid from date of purchase to one-month after discharge from Thomson Medical Centre.
8. Non-refundable, non-transferrable, non-exchangeable for cash.
9. Please note the following operating hours:
   • Outpatient Consultation: Location @ Thomson ParentCraft Centre (1 Thomson Road, Balestier Hill Shopping Centre, #01-346, Thomson Rd, Singapore 300001): Monday to Friday, 8.30am to 5.00pm (last appointment at 3.30pm). Service is not available during weekends and Public Holidays.
   • Inpatient Consultation (for mommies delivering at Thomson Medical): Monday to Friday, 8.30am to 5.00pm (last appointment at 3.30pm). Service is not available during weekends and Public Holidays.
