Event Bundle Terms & Conditions

1. Applicable only to participants of Mummys Market Event on 18-20 April 2025 with bookings of 2-bedded, 1-bedded, Premier Room and Suite room types only.
2. Booking made with the room accommodation deposit at the pregnancy event will be eligible for the event bundle.
3. Accommodation booking will be based on current prevailing room rates. Any revision of room rates will be adjusted accordingly and applied at admission. Thomson Medical reserves the right to revise the room rates without prior notice.
4. Room accommodation deposit will be credited into the patient’s account on the day of admission for delivery.
5. This bundle is applicable to mummy's bill only. It is not applicable for Antenatal stay, Nursery, NNJ and NICU bills.
6. If this bundle is not utilised, any deposits that have been paid will not be refunded, regardless of the services or membership benefits associated with it.
7. Requests for accommodation changes will not be entertained on the day of admission.
8. The bundle savings and benefits cannot be applied concurrently with other bundles, membership benefits and any other benefits unless specifically stated.
9. Any unconsumed benefits cannot be exchanged for different benefits, cash, or be deducted from the final bill.
10. No refund of the deposit will be entertained if patient is claiming the whole hospital bill with their own insurance company.
11. Thomson Medical reserves the right to terminate/ vary/ withdraw/ substitute this event bundle and its corresponding terms and conditions at any time without prior notice, and without having to disclose any reason therefore and without any payment or compensation whatsoever. The decision of Thomson Medical on all matters relating to the event bundle is final, conclusive, and binding on all participants and no correspondence, whether relating to the allotment of redemption or otherwise, will be entertained.

Room Accommodation Booking Terms & Conditions

1. Applicable only to participants of Mummys Market on 18-20 April 2025.
2. Booking must be made with $500 room accommodation deposit on 18-20 April 2025 to be eligible for the event bundle rates.
3. Payment of $500 non-transferable and non-refundable deposit for Thomson Event Bundle through MasterCard or VISA only. A receipt will be issued.
4. Accommodation bookings are based on current prevailing room rates. Any revision of room rates will be adjusted accordingly and applied at admission. Thomson Medical reserves the right to revise the room rates without prior notice.
5. $500 room accommodation deposit will be credited into the patient’s account on the day of admission for delivery. Do note that $500 room accommodation deposit are non-refundable for Thomson Event Bundle.

Redemption of Stroller / alternative items

1. A confirmed maternity booking of Premier Room and above is required to qualify for the redemption.
2. Each customer is eligible for only one (1) redemption, regardless of the number of Maternity Bookings made.
3. Our partner will contact you within 10 working days to arrange the delivery. Delivery of the chosen item is limited to local Singapore addresses only.
4. Selected item(s) is strictly non-exchangeable and non-refundable. Thomson Medical reserves the right at its sole and absolute discretion to replace the selected item with any item(s) of similar value.
5. If you have any questions, please reach out via WhatsApp at 8690 7420 or email [email protected].  Include your Thomson Maternity Booking Number (starting with MB followed by 9 digits) in your message.
6. Thomson Medical reserves the right to terminate or vary, delete or add to any of these terms and conditions at any time without notice including without limitation, the eligibility of any customer.
7. Thomson Medical shall not be responsible for the quality, merchantability or fitness for any purpose or any other aspect of the item.
8. Thomson Medical shall not at any time be responsible or held liable for any defect or malfunction in the item or the deficiency in any service provided, and/or any loss, injury, damage or harm suffered or incurred by or in connection with the item, and/or the use of any product and/or service relating to the item, by any person.

1. If any eligible booking is subsequently discovered to be not eligible for the event bundle which Thomson Medical may, in its absolute discretion, determine to be appropriate for this booking (as indicated in the qualifying conditions) (the “incentive”), Thomson Medical reserves the right to revoke the incentive at any time or where the Incentive has been awarded to the Customer, request the customer to repay to or compensate Thomson Medical the value of the Incentive, and Thomson Medical shall have the right to debit the value of the Incentive plus any goods and services tax or such other amount as it deems fit from the accommodation deposit of the customer.
2. No person shall be entitled to any payment or compensation from Thomson Medical should any Incentive be withdrawn or if any customer is asked to repay to or compensate Thomson Medical the value of the Incentive for whatsoever reasons.

TCM Confinement Herbal Care and Bath

1. Prices indicated are inclusive of GST.
2. Valid for purchase by customers with a successful booking of 1-bedded, 2-bedded, Premier Room and Suite room types only.
3. Purchase of the TCM Confinement Herbal Care and Bath must be made before admission after making your maternity booking.
4. After submission of the form, our clinic will contact you within 5 working days for further details and payment.
5. TCM Confinement Herbal Care is inclusive of a consultation with a TCM physician.
6. TCM Physician Consultation - Please call 6352 5800 upon admission to the hospital to arrange for our TCM physician to visit you in your ward. (Note: No ward visit on Sundays and Public Holidays). 
7. Not valid in conjunction with other benefit(s) or privilege(s) unless otherwise stated.
8. Non-refundable, non-transferrable, non-exchangeable for cash.
9. Thomson Chinese Medicine reserves the right to cancel or modify rates and corresponding terms & conditions without prior notice.

Dental Screening Services

1. Prices indicated are inclusive of GST.
2. Dental screening consists of consultation, scaling and polishing.
3. Dental screening is valid for one (1) year after the date of purchase of the Thomson Birth Bundle. Extensions will not be granted.
4. Participating dentists: Dr Charlotte Goh, Dr Kwok Genghao, Dr Michelle Chua and Dr Ashley Thean.
5. Not valid in conjunction with other benefit(s) or privilege(s).
6. Valid only at Thomson Dental Centre at Novena Specialist Center, 8 Sinaran Dr, #07-08/17-19, Singapore 307470.
7. Thomson Dental Centre reserves the right to cancel or modify rates and corresponding terms & conditions without prior notice.

Health Screening Services

1. Valid for purchase by customers with a successful booking of 1-bedded, 2-bedded, Premier Room and Suite room types only. 

2. Not valid in conjunction with other benefit(s) or privilege(s) unless otherwise stated. 
3. Valid only at Thomson Specialists Paragon at Paragon Medical Centre, 290 Orchard Road, #19-01, Singapore 238859 
4. A prior appointment must be made with Thomson Specialists Paragon. 
5. Thomson Specialists reserves the rights to cancel or modify rates and corresponding T&Cs without prior notice.

ChildBirth Education Course

1. Prices indicated are inclusive of GST.
2. Valid for purchase by customers with a successful booking of 1-bedded, 2-bedded, Premier Room and Suite room types only.
3. Not valid in conjunction with other benefit(s) or privilege(s).
4. Non-refundable, non-transferrable, non-exchangeable for cash.
5. Registration must be made via online form. ParentCraft Centre will contact you for payment.
6. Practical Class: 3 hours, 1 session only. Couple may choose either weekend or weekday class. Minimum class size of 3 couples is required to start the class.
7. Theory Class via Zoom: 4-hours-session per month conducted live by Lactation Consultant. You may attend multiple sessions until one month after your EDD.
8. Free E-Learning portal: Access until one month after your EDD.
9. Free learning kit (worth $80): Includes a playmat, baby vest, swaddle, mitten, diapers and wipes for use during the Practical Class.
10. After registration, you will receive details of the Practical Class, along with your E-Learning Portal login and Zoom session schedule. Rescheduling of the practical class is allowed by replying to the confirmation email.
11. Thomson ParentCraft Centre reserves the right to cancel or modify rates and corresponding terms & conditions without prior notice.

1. Prices indicated are inclusive of GST.
2. The promotion is valid for customers who have made a confirmed booking of the Thomson Birth Bundle.
3. Each customer is eligible to purchase only one (1) JevonBaby Wearable Breast Pump, one (1) Hegen PCTO™ Double Electric Breast Pump, one (1) Imani IBox Pro 2-in-1 Electric Breast Pump and one (1) Tommee Tippee Made For Me Essential Breastfeeding Bundle regardless of the number of maternity bookings made.

5. For redemption at ThomsonBaby Shop, please present your Maternity Bundle booking receipt with your Maternity Booking number during payment.
