Event Bundle Terms & Conditions

• Applicable only to participants of Pregnancy: A New Beginning on 28 March 2026 with bookings of 2-bedded, 1-bedded, Premier Room and Suite room types only.
• Booking made with the room accommodation deposit at the pregnancy event will be eligible for the event bundle. Accommodation booking will be based on current prevailing room rates. Any revision of room rates will be adjusted accordingly and applied at admission. Thomson Medical reserves the right to revise the room rates without prior notice.
• Room accommodation deposit will be credited into the patient’s account on the day of admission for delivery.
• This bundle is applicable to mummy's bill only. It is not applicable for Antenatal stay, Nursery, NNJ and NICU bills.
• If this bundle is not utilised, any deposits that have been paid will not be refunded, regardless of the services or membership benefits associated with it.
• Requests for accommodation changes will not be entertained on the day of admission.
• The bundle savings and benefits cannot be applied concurrently with other bundles, membership benefits and any other benefits unless specifically stated.
• Any unconsumed benefits cannot be exchanged for different benefits, cash, or be deducted from the final bill.
• No refund of the deposit will be entertained if patient is claiming the whole hospital bill with their own insurance company.
• If any eligible booking is subsequently discovered to be not eligible for the event bundle which Thomson Medical may, in its absolute discretion, determine to be appropriate for this booking (as indicated in the qualifying conditions) (the “incentive”), Thomson Medical reserves the right to revoke the incentive at any time or where the Incentive has been awarded to the Customer, request the customer to repay to or compensate Thomson Medical the value of the Incentive, and Thomson Medical shall have the right to debit the value of the Incentive plus any goods and services tax or such other amount as it deems fit from the accommodation deposit of the customer.
• No person shall be entitled to any payment or compensation from Thomson Medical should any Incentive be withdrawn or if any customer is asked to repay to or compensate Thomson Medical the value of the Incentive for whatsoever reasons.
• Thomson Medical reserves the right to terminate/ vary/ withdraw/ substitute this event bundle and its corresponding terms and conditions at any time without prior notice, and without having to disclose any reason therefore and without any payment or compensation whatsoever. The decision of Thomson Medical on all matters relating to the event bundle is final, conclusive, and binding on all participants and no correspondence, whether relating to the allotment of redemption or otherwise, will be entertained.

Room Accommodation Booking Terms & Conditions

• Applicable only to participants of Pregnancy: A New Beginning on 28 March 2026.
• Booking must be made with $500 room accommodation deposit on 28 March 2026 to be eligible for the event bundle rates.
• Payment of $500 non-transferable and non-refundable deposit for Thomson Event Bundle through MasterCard or VISA only. A receipt will be issued.
• Accommodation bookings are based on current prevailing room rates. Any revision of room rates will be adjusted accordingly and applied at admission. Thomson Medical reserves the right to revise the room rates without prior notice.
• $500 room accommodation deposit will be credited into the patient’s account on the day of admission for delivery. Do note that $500 room accommodation deposit is non-refundable for Thomson Event Bundle.

Redemption of Stroller / alternative items

• A confirmed maternity booking of Premier Room and above is required to qualify for the redemption.
• Each customer is eligible for only one (1) redemption, regardless of the number of Maternity Bookings made.
• Our partner will contact you within 10 working days to arrange the delivery. Delivery of the chosen item is limited to local Singapore addresses only.
• Once the item of choice, delivery address, and delivery schedule has been confirmed with our partner, no changes or amendments can be made.
• Selected item(s) is subject to availability and is strictly non-exchangeable and non-refundable. In the event that the selected item(s) is no longer available, Thomson Medical reserves the right at its sole and absolute discretion to replace the selected item(s) with alternative item(s) of similar retail value.

• Thomson Medical reserves the right to terminate or vary, delete or add to any of these terms and conditions at any time without notice including without limitation, the eligibility of any customer.
• Thomson Medical shall not be responsible for the quality, merchantability or fitness for any purpose or any other aspect of the item.
• Thomson Medical shall not at any time be responsible or held liable for any defect or malfunction in the item or the deficiency in any service provided, and/or any loss, injury, damage or harm suffered or incurred by or in connection with the item, and/or the use of any product and/or service relating to the item, by any person.

$200 ThomsonBaby Digital Store Credits for Suites Booking

• A confirmed maternity booking of Suites and above is required to qualify for the $200 ThomsonBaby Digital Store Credits.
• ThomsonBaby will reach out to you via email within 14 days after discharge from Thomson Medical Centre.
• The voucher is only limited to the designated customer and cannot be transferred or exchangeable in cash.
• The voucher cannot be used in conjunction with other promo codes.
• The voucher is valid for multiple usage.
• The voucher is valid for six (6) months from the date of issue and is strictly not extendable.
• The voucher can only be used to purchase retail items on ThomsonBaby.com, excluding Confinement Herbal Care and all other services.
• The voucher cannot be used to offset shipping fees.
• ThomsonBaby reserves the right to amend the terms and conditions without prior notice.
