Dr Wendy Teo Shun Hui

Dr Wendy Teo is an Obstetrician & Gynaecologist at Wendy Women's Clinic, in Novena.

Dr Teo has a special interest in infertility and is passionate about helping couples who have difficulty conceiving. She also provides specialised care for pregnancy and other gynaecological disorders. Her expertise includes laparoscopy and urogynaecological surgery. Known for her warm and cheerful demeanor, Dr Teo is highly regarded for her ability to understand and relate to her patients’ concerns, especially as a mother of two children.

Dr Teo graduated from the Faculty of Medicine at the National University of Singapore (NUS) in 2002. She went on to obtain her Membership of the Royal College of Obstetricians and Gynaecologists (MRCOG) in 2007.

Dr Teo began her career in 2002 and has been dedicated to treating women’s medical conditions ever since. She was a member of the Obstetrics and Gynaecology (O&G) Ward Workflow Improvement Committee in 2004 and was awarded the Best Medical Officer in 2008 at KK Women’s and Children’s Hospital, Singapore.

Dr Teo has published several research articles, including works on Human Papilloma Virus Testing and Uterine Scar Ectopic Pregnancies. She has also delivered numerous presentations at medical conferences, sharing her expertise and experience.

Dr Teo is actively involved in educating the next generation of doctors. She volunteered to tutor juniors from her alma mater, Yong Loo Lin School of Medicine (NUS), and educated incoming House Officers (HO) on gynaecological emergencies.

Dr Teo firmly believes in providing flexible patient management, placing the needs of her patients first, and focusing on patient care to achieve the best outcomes.

Dr Teo is accredited to perform surgical procedures at Thomson Medical Centre, Mount Elizabeth Hospital, and Gleneagles Hospital.
