Dr Celene Hui Yan Yan is an Obstetrician and Gynaecologist, Founder and Director of Evia Specialist Centre for Women located in Novena.Dr Hui specialises in the management of common benign gynaecological conditions including uterine <a href="https://www.thomsonmedical.com/blog/fibroids" target="_self">fibroids</a>, <a href="https://www.thomsonmedical.com/blog/ovarian-cysts" target="_self">ovarian cysts</a>, and <a href="https://www.thomsonmedical.com/blog/abnormal-uterine-bleeding" target="_self">abnormal uterine bleeding</a>, through evidence-based, minimally invasive approaches.She is an accredited Advanced (Level 3) Minimally Invasive Surgery (MIS) Surgeon with extensive experience in minimally invasive and ultra–minimally invasive gynaecological surgery, with a special interest in vNOTES (vaginal natural orifice transluminal endoscopic surgery).&nbsp;She holds iNOTES certification (International NOTES Society for vNOTES) and has authored peer-reviewed publications in scientific journals, including work on vNOTES surgical techniques. Dr Hui graduated from the Yong Loo Lin School of Medicine, National University of Singapore, and holds MMed (O&amp;G), MRCOG (UK), and FAMS (O&amp;G). Dr Garvi Jagdishchandra Pandya is a specialist in Internal Medicine currently practising at HMI Medical Centre, located in Farrer Park.She provides holistic care for adult and elderly patients and manages a wide range of acute and chronic medical conditions. Since 2017, she has been running an independent sleep clinic, where she conducts detailed assessments, interprets raw sleep study data and prepares comprehensive diagnostic reports for a wide range of sleep disorders.Other than clinical practice, Dr Pandya is actively involved in professional and academic work. She serves as Secretary of the Singapore Sleep Society, contributing to administrative duties and supporting the development of sleep medicine in Singapore. She is also an Assistant Professor at the NUS Yong Loo Lin School of Medicine, where she has received teaching awards including Outstanding Tutor (2019) and Good Interactive and Didactic Teacher (2022). Dr Lee Chuen Peng is a Consultant Respiratory and Critical Care Physician with training in sleep medicine at The Respiratory Practice in Napier, Novena, Orchard, Thomson Road, Joo Chiat, Farrier Park, Jurong East. He specialises in respiratory and critical care medicine with a focus on sleep medicine, pulmonary nodules and bronchoscopic techniques. His clinical practice includes endobronchial ultrasound and navigational bronchoscopy for the diagnosis of lung disease.Dr Lee completed his medical training at the National University of Singapore, followed by a Master of Medicine (Internal Medicine) and Fellowship of the Royal College of Physicians (UK) in 2011. He became a Specialist in Respiratory Medicine in 2015 and a Specialist in Intensive Care Medicine in 2016.Dr Lee trained at the Stanford Sleep Centre and completed a Master of Sleep Medicine at the University of Sydney. He has also been awarded the title of Somnologist, Expert in Sleep Medicine, by the European Sleep Research Society and is a Fellow of the American Academy of Sleep Medicine.Before entering private practice, Dr Lee was a Senior Consultant in the Department of Respiratory and Critical Care Medicine at Tan Tock Seng Hospital (TTSH). During his 20 years at TTSH, he established a sleep laboratory and developed the Integrated Sleep Service for patients with sleep disorders. Dr Lee chaired the National Healthcare Group Sleep Workgroup and contributed to the development of sleep medicine services.Dr Lee is involved in medical education as a senior clinical lecturer at the NUS Yong Loo Lin School of Medicine and NTU Lee Kong Chian School of Medicine. He was a faculty member of the National Healthcare Group Respiratory Medicine Residency Programme. Dr Tang Hak Chiaw is a Consultant Cardiologist who currently practises at Novena Heart Centre in Novena, Napier, and Thomson Road.Dr Tang sees patients with various types of heart conditions. He specialises in the diagnosis and management of cardiomyopathies (heart muscle diseases), including hypertrophic cardiomyopathy, dilated cardiomyopathy, and restrictive cardiomyopathy. His areas of clinical focus also include echocardiography, <a href="https://www.thomsonmedical.com/blog/cardiac-mri-scan-singapore" target="_blank">cardiac MRI</a>, exercise-related heart changes, and cardiac complications associated with cancer treatment.Dr Tang received his medical degree from Universiti Malaya, Malaysia. His postgraduate training included specialist cardiology training at the National Heart Centre Singapore, and he furthered his training in cardiomyopathy and cardiac MRI at The Heart Hospital, University College London Hospitals, UK in 2010.Prior to his current position, Dr Tang was a cardiologist at the National Heart Centre Singapore, where he established a dedicated cardiomyopathy clinic in 2011. Dr Benji Lim Yaozong is a Senior Interventional Cardiologist who currently practises at the Novena Heart Centre in Novena, Napier, and Thomson Road.He treats patients with various heart conditions and has a clinical interest in preventing and managing coronary artery disease and its risk factors, such as diabetes, high blood pressure, and high cholesterol.Dr Lim performs procedures such as coronary angiography and angioplasty, also known as percutaneous coronary intervention (PCI) or stenting. He has performed over 2,000 PCI procedures, including complex cases involving left main bifurcations, calcified lesions, and total occlusions. He incorporates the use of intravascular imaging and pressure wire assessment into his practice to guide diagnosis and treatment.Dr Lim graduated from Trinity College Dublin in 2007 and completed his postgraduate Membership of the Royal College of Physicians (United Kingdom) in 2012. He obtained his Advanced Specialist Training in Cardiology in Singapore in 2015. After that, he underwent a fellowship in Interventional Cardiology at Inselspital, University of Bern, Switzerland in 2017.Prior to joining private practice, Dr Lim was a Senior Consultant Cardiologist at Changi General Hospital and a Visiting Consultant at the National Heart Centre Singapore.In addition to clinical work, Dr Lim was involved in postgraduate medical education, serving as Associate Programme Director of the SingHealth Cardiology Senior Residency Programme from 2018 to 2024. Dr Lee Yee Mun is a urologist who attends to patients with a wide range of general urological conditions, and specialises in urinary stones disease, endourology, and advanced <a href="https://www.thomsonmedical.com/speciality/minimally-invasive-surgery" target="_blank">laparoscopic surgery</a>. Dr Lee is also a visiting consultant at <a href="https://www.thomsonmedical.com/thomson-specialists/tmc" target="_self">Thomson Specialists (TMC)</a>.Dr Lee graduated in 1992 from the National University of Singapore, and went on to complete specialist training, receiving specialist accreditation board certification in Urology in 2003. In 2016, he was conferred the Master of Public Health degree, under the Dean’s Scholarship from the Johns Hopkins Bloomberg School of Public Health, and NHG Clinician-Administrator Award. Dr Lee was previously Director of Endo-urology at TTSH, Program Director for Surgery-in-General, and Urology residency programs in NHG, and also held the positions of Associate Professor and Principal Lead for Urology in the Lee Kong Chian School of Medicine, prior to entering private practice in 2021.Prior to joining private practise, Dr Lee has served on various committees at hospital, cluster and ministry level, and presently serves on the Singapore Medical Council as an elected member, and as a council member of the Singapore Medical Association. Dr Christopher Kong San Choon is a Consultant Gastroenterologist who currently practises at Pro Digestive Gastroenterology in Farrer Park. He is also a visiting consultant at <a href="https://www.thomsonmedical.com/thomson-specialists/tmc" target="_self">Thomson Specialists (TMC)</a>.He has extensive experience in managing a wide range of gastrointestinal, hepatobiliary and pancreatic conditions. He has a particular interest in irritable bowel syndrome (IBS), gastroesophageal reflux disease (GERD), liver and bile duct disorders, pancreatic diseases, inflammatory bowel disease (IBD), and gastrointestinal cancers. Dr Kong is skilled in performing a wide range of diagnostic and therapeutic procedures, including gastroscopy, colonoscopy, <a href="https://www.thomsonmedical.com/blog/endoscopic-ultrasound-singapore" target="_blank">endoscopic ultrasound (EUS)</a>, capsule endoscopy, Fibroscan and small bowel enteroscopy, using both balloon-assisted and motorised spiral techniques.Dr Kong graduated from Newcastle University in the United Kingdom and became a Member of the Royal College of Physicians of Ireland in 1999. He completed specialist training in General Internal Medicine and Gastroenterology in the UK and was accredited to the UK Specialist Register in 2007. In recognition of his research in IBD, he was awarded a Doctorate in Medicine in 2008. He later completed an Endoscopic Ultrasound fellowship at St Thomas’ Hospital, London, under Singapore’s Health Manpower Development Plan (HMDP).Before entering private practice, Dr Kong held senior roles at Singapore General Hospital (SGH), where he served as Director of the Inflammatory Bowel Disease Centre. Dr Lam Kai Yet is a Paediatric Orthopaedic Surgeon currently practising at Bone Island Children’s Clinic in Thomson Road, Novena, and Telok Kurau Road. Dr Lam is also practicing at <a href="https://www.thomsonmedical.com/thomson-specialists/tmc" target="_self">Thomson Specialists (TMC)</a>.In his practice, Dr Lam helped set up the Limb Lengthening and Deformity Clinic in 2018. He also helped establish the use of 3D printing in deformity correction in this region and was awarded the prestigious Asia Pacific Paediatric Orthopaedics Travelling Fellowship in 2019 for his work. His clinical practice focuses on <a href="https://www.thomsonmedical.com/speciality/paediatrics/orthopaedic" target="_blank">paediatric orthopaedic</a> surgery. His training also includes patellofemoral and sports surgery.Dr Lam obtained his medical degree and postgraduate qualifications from the National University of Singapore.
