Dr. Ong Xiaohui is a caring and friendly doctor who is currently practising at OB Gynae Associates Women’s Clinic at Thomson Medical Centre. She delivers babies and performs gynaecological operations mainly in Thomson Medical Centre, Mount Alvernia and Mount Elizabeth Novena Hospitals.Her interest in the specialty of Obstetrics and Gynaecology started early during her medical school days – the joy of bringing babies into the world truly resonated with her and she was inspired to become an O&amp;G specialist. Till today, her passion is fuelled by seeing her patients deliver healthy babies and recovering from successful gynaecological operations.Upon completing her housemanship, Dr. Ong committed herself whole-heartedly to the specialty and spent nine years training and working in KK Women’s and Children’s Hospital before going into private practice. Dr Cheah Si Oon is a Specialist in Emergency Medicine currently practising at the Thomson Medical 24-Hour <a href="https://www.thomsonmedical.com/centres/urgent-care-centre" target="_blank">Urgent Care Centre</a>.&nbsp;With over 15 years of clinical experience in emergency medicine, Dr Cheah has expertise in pre-hospital emergency care as well as sports safety and injury prevention. &nbsp;She provides comprehensive emergency care and is proficient in treating patients of all ages, from children to the elderly.Dr Cheah graduated from the National University of Singapore (NUS) in 2004 and obtained her Master of Medicine in Emergency Medicine in 2011. She became a Member of the Royal College of Surgeons of Edinburgh (Accident &amp; Emergency) in 2008 and is a Fellow of the Academy of Medicine, Singapore.Before entering private practice, Dr Cheah was a Consultant at Ng Teng Fong General Hospital from 2014 to 2020, following her earlier years of training and service at the Department of Emergency Medicine at Singapore General Hospital.In addition to her clinical work, Dr Cheah serves as a Consultant for the Unit for Pre-hospital Emergency Care (UPEC), supporting the professional development of paramedics. Dr Koh Li-Tsa is a urologist at Assure Urology &amp; Robotic Centre in Orchard, Singapore. Dr Daniel Tan Yat Harn is Director and Senior Consultant Radiation Oncologist at Asian Alliance Radiation &amp; Oncology (AARO), with clinics located in Bukit Timah, Farrer Park, Napier, Thomson Road, Orchard, and Novena. With more than 20 years of clinical experience, Dr Tan subspecialises in treating brain and spine tumours (neuro-oncology), as well as breast and prostate cancers. His clinical practice includes the use of stereotactic radiosurgery (SRS) and stereotactic body radiation therapy (SBRT) to manage both primary and metastatic tumours. He is dual-trained in chemotherapy and radiotherapy and is proficient in techniques such as 3D conformal radiotherapy (3D-CRT), intensity-modulated radiation therapy (IMRT), and image-guided radiation therapy (IGRT).After graduating from the National University of Singapore (NUS) in 2002, Dr Tan began his career at the National Cancer Centre Singapore (NCCS). In 2008, he was awarded the Health Manpower Development Programme (HMDP) Award for training in clinical oncology in the UK. He obtained his Fellowship in Clinical Oncology from the Royal College of Radiologists (UK) in 2011 and was admitted as a Fellow of the Academy of Medicine, Singapore (FAMS) in 2012. That same year, Dr Tan received another HMDP Award to train in brachytherapy, stereotactic radiosurgery and stereotactic body radiation therapy (SRS/SBRT). Dr Tan also holds an MBA in Healthcare Management from the National University of Singapore (NUS) Business School.Prior to joining private practice, he was the co-chairperson of the Neuro-Oncology Cancer Service Line Development workgroup and contributed to developing several Stereotactic Radiation Treatment Programs. Dr Gary Yoong Sem Wye is a Senior Consultant Radiologist at HMI Medical Centre, located at Farrer Park.Dr Yoong subspecialises in interventional and body radiology, with a focus on oncology, thyroid, hepatobiliary, and transplant imaging. He is an Integrated Platform for Research in Advancing Metabolic Health Outcomes in Women and Children (IPRAMHO) investigator to develop excellent models of metabolic care. He was previously awarded the NMRC health research scholarship, graduating with a Masters of Clinical Investigation from the National University of Singapore. He was also awarded the Duke-NUS academic medical grant and National Medical Research Council New Investigator Grant (NIG) studying the ‘Functional roles of plasma micronutrients in obese women receiving nutrition intervention during preconception and early pregnancy. Prior to joining <a href="https://www.thomsonmedical.com/centres/fertility-centre" target="_blank">Thomson Fertility Centre</a>, Dr Loh held the position of Head and Senior Consultant in the Department of Reproductive Medicine at KK Women's and Children's Hospital, where he was also Director of the KKIVF Centre.Dr Loh is very experienced in caring for high-risk pregnancies. He is also one of a few surgeons in Singapore to have performed a laparoscopic or keyhole reversal of tubal ligation.Dr Loh was the Chairman of the Reproductive Medicine Section of the College of O&amp;G, Singapore. He also chaired the Ministry of Health and College of O&amp;G joint committee for the development of clinical practice guidelines in infertility.
