Dr Matthew Yeo is a Consultant Plastic Surgeon and the Medical Director at Picasso Plastic Surgery in Orchard. He is also a visiting consultant at Thomson Specialists (Thomson Medical Centre).

Dr Yeo completed his residency in 2012. That same year, he was awarded the Gold Medal for performance at the national plastic surgery board examinations by the College of Surgeons, Singapore. In 2013, he completed a one-year fellowship in Advanced Reconstructive Microsurgery in Taiwan, Republic of China. In 2015, he became the first local plastic surgeon to be conferred Fellow of the European Board of Plastic, Reconstructive and Aesthetic Surgeons after successfully completing the board examinations. His further training also includes multiple aesthetic surgery visiting fellowships in Australia, Belgium, South Korea, Taiwan, Thailand, and the United States of America.

Dr Yeo is academically active and is regularly invited as a speaker at various international and regional conferences as well as faculty for various workshops. He is also a trainer for various aesthetic products, including fillers.

He has been a workgroup member of the Report of the Task force on Aesthetic Medical Practice (Academy of Medicine, Singapore, 2016), the professional advisory for the plastic surgeons on Breast implant associated-Anaplastic large cell lymphoma (College of Surgeons, Singapore, 2019), as well as the public advisory on Breast implant associated-Anaplastic large cell lymphoma (Singapore Association of Plastic Surgeons, 2019). He is also currently an adjunct associate professor with the School of Biological Sciences in Nanyang Technological University.
