Dr Andrew Clayton Lee is a Senior Consultant General Surgeon currently practising at Andrew Lee Breast Clinic, with clinics located in Napier, Orchard Boulevard, and Novena.

He provides care for patients with benign and malignant breast conditions and offers individualised treatment options to support their clinical needs. Dr Lee subspecialises in oncoplastic breast surgery and performs a wide range of procedures for screen-detected breast conditions. His clinical expertise includes mastectomy, wide excision, excision of breast lumps and lesions, wire-localised excision, ultrasound-guided core biopsy, stereotactic or ultrasound vacuum-assisted biopsy, sentinel lymph node biopsy, lymph node biopsy, and axillary clearance. He also manages skin and soft-tissue lesions such as sebaceous cysts, lipomas, and other minor skin conditions.

Dr Lee graduated from the University of Glasgow with a Bachelor of Medicine and Bachelor of Surgery and went on to complete postgraduate surgical training in Edinburgh, Glasgow and London. He received subspecialty training in breast surgery at the Edinburgh Breast Unit and was admitted as a Fellow of the Royal College of Surgeons of Edinburgh (FRCS) in 2008. He subsequently completed a Master of Surgery (MS) in Oncoplastic Breast Surgery at the University of East Anglia and earned his Doctorate of Medicine (MD) in 2007 through research training at the National Medical Laser Centre and Institute of Nuclear Medicine at University College London.

Before relocating to Singapore in 2014, Dr Lee was a consultant breast and general surgeon at Ninewells Hospital and Medical School in Dundee, United Kingdom. He later served as a consultant breast surgeon at Changi General Hospital, where he received the Singapore Health Quality Service Award (Star) and the Eastern Health Alliance Caring Awards (Gold and Silver) in recognition of his dedication to patient care.

Other than clinical practice, Dr Lee remains active in academic work. His research interests include electrochemotherapy and electroporation medicine. He previously completed a Master of Science in Health Systems and Public Policy at the University of Edinburgh and a Postgraduate Certificate in Healthcare Commissioning at the University of Birmingham. To further his interest in personalised medicine, he completed the taught component of the Master of Science in Cancer and Molecular Pathology and Genomics at the Barts Cancer Institute, Queen Mary University of London.
