Dr Leong Jer-Lin is a Senior Consultant ENT Surgeon with extensive experience in Rhinology and Allergy. He is practising at ASCENT Ear Nose Throat Specialist Group in Orchard, Napier Road, Thomson, and Joo Chiat. He has over two decades of clinical experience. He currently serves as the Director of the Singapore Allergy & Rhinology Conference (SARC), one of Singapore's largest ENT meetings, a position he has held for the past 11 years.

Dr Leong specialises in both medical and surgical treatments of nasal conditions, including allergy and sinusitis, for children and adults. His areas of expertise include functional endoscopic sinus surgeries (FESS), minimally invasive endoscopic surgeries for sinonasal and skull base tumours, revision endoscopic sinus surgery, and sublingual immunotherapy. Dr Leong also has a special interest in paediatric ENT conditions, including issues related to tonsils, adenoids, ears, thyroid, throat, salivary glands, and sleep disorders. Additionally, he has made significant contributions to nasopharyngeal cancer (NPC) screening using Narrow Band Imaging.

Dr Leong obtained his Bachelor of Medicine and Bachelor of Surgery from the National University of Singapore in 1993. He completed his Fellowship examinations in Otolaryngology from the Royal College of Physicians and Surgeons of Glasgow in 2001. Dr Leong is a Fellow of the Academy of Medicine (Singapore) and was awarded the Fellowship of the American Rhinologic Society in 2007, recognising his expertise in treating patients with diseases of the nose and paranasal sinuses.

Prior to entering private practice, Dr Leong received the SingHealth Health Manpower Development Programme award from the Ministry of Health in 2004, enabling him to complete a prestigious one-year fellowship programme in Rhinology and Allergy at the Cleveland Clinic Educational Foundation, USA. Upon returning to Singapore General Hospital in 2005, he pioneered the use of image-guided surgery in ENT procedures, particularly for functional endoscopic sinus surgeries and minimally invasive treatments. He served on the evaluation committee for the establishment of the Khoo Teck Puat Neuro-Navigation Integrated Operating Suites and continues to serve as a visiting consultant in the Department of Otolaryngology at both Singapore General Hospital and KK Women's and Children's Hospital.
