Dr Yong Mo Juin

Dr Yong is a Consultant Psychiatrist with extensive training and experience in general and geriatric psychiatry, at Evergreen Eye and Psychiatric Specialist Clinic, in Bishan.

Dr Yong specialises in psychiatry and geriatric psychiatry, offering comprehensive mental health care tailored to both general and elderly populations. Her expertise encompasses the diagnosis, treatment, and management of a wide range of psychiatric conditions, ensuring empathetic and patient-centred care.

Dr Yong obtained her Bachelor of Medicine and Bachelor of Surgery from the National University of Singapore. She furthered her training in the United States, where she completed a psychiatry residency and a geriatric psychiatry fellowship. She is board-certified in psychiatry and geriatric psychiatry by the American Board of Psychiatry and Neurology.

Following her training, Dr Yong served as an attending psychiatrist at the Maimonides Medical Center Community Mental Health Outpatient Clinic in New York City. Upon returning to Singapore, she worked as a Consultant Psychiatrist in the Psychological Medicine Department at Khoo Teck Puat Hospital. Dr Yong is currently in private practice, continuing to provide expert psychiatric care.
